Who it's for
YOOBIC is built for retail operations, internal comms, L&D and IT teams. It serves retail, grocery, convenience, fashion and luxury, pharmacy, restaurants and QSR, and gym and fitness. Store teams, field teams and HQ share one YOOBIC platform.
Retailens is built for the HQ team that owns store standards. HQ admins publish campaigns, and partner and store users upload the photos.
How the work is organized
In YOOBIC, HQ assigns missions and tasks with guidelines and photo verification. District and Regional Managers run store visits and audits with checklists that adapt to each store. From the findings, they create corrective actions with owners and deadlines.
In Retailens, HQ publishes a dated campaign and targets it by region, partner and store. Each touchpoint has written requirements and usually a reference image. Stores upload photos online, and drafts save on the server. Retailens is a web app and needs an internet connection. HQ sees which stores are done.
Photo review
YOOBIC Visual Copilot checks each photo that stores submit against campaign and brand standards. It coaches the store team right away, so stores can fix issues while the campaign is still live. YOOBIC says brand standards are set during the initial implementation.
In Retailens, every upload lands in a shared review queue, and a person on your team signs off the official grade. Your team can turn on AI pre-score per touchpoint to suggest a score. Your team can also turn on video proof. We turn scoring on for your account when you ask. Your admins then edit the rubric per touchpoint and download an Excel scoring report per campaign.
Pricing
YOOBIC builds a package around the modules you choose: Task Management, Communications, Learning and AI. The price depends on the number of stores or locations, or users, based on those modules. To get a price, you book a call.
Retailens publishes its rates on its pricing page. The price runs from $120 down to $75 USD per store per year, and the rate drops as your network grows. Every user and every feature is included, with one invoice a year.
When to choose which
Choose YOOBIC if you want one platform for store tasks, communications, learning and visits by District Managers. YOOBIC is the better fit when you want AI that coaches stores as they submit photos, or 200+ integrations and a public API.
Choose Retailens if you need photo proof of a dated HQ standard, graded by a person on your team, at a published per-store price. See how a Retailens store audit works, or book a demo.
