What's new in Retailens

What we shipped each month, newest first. Each release has a short video and a written list of what changed.

October 2026

Seven updates this month, from touchpoint order to one scoring report per campaign.

All data shown in this video is demo data.

What's new

  1. Your touchpoints, your order

Drag touchpoints into the order your team walks the store. This works on active campaigns too.

  2. Search partners

Find any partner without scrolling a list.

  3. Flip through every photo

Move through a store's photos without leaving the view. A counter shows which photo you're on.

  4. Video as proof (opt-in)

Stores can send a short clip for a touchpoint, next to its photos, and reviewers rate it. Video is off by default: an admin turns it on per account and per touchpoint. Clips are MP4 or WebM, 30 seconds and 20 MB by default, with up to 2 video touchpoints per campaign.

  5. Talk right on the photo

Comment on a photo and @mention the store. "Seen by" shows who has read it.

  6. Mentions inbox and bell

A mentions inbox and a bell, so replies don't get lost. The bell shows an unread count, and you can mark each item read or unread.

  7. One scoring report per campaign (Excel)

Admins can download one Excel (XLSX) file per campaign with each store's score, touchpoint by touchpoint. It covers the stores in your scoring region and is available when scoring is turned on for your account. Per-store PDFs are available once a store's review is complete.

July 2026

Seven features from the July 2026 release video, from surveys to a heart for every touchpoint.

All data shown in this video is demo data.

What's new

  1. Ask your stores anything

Draft a survey and publish it when it's ready. Partners only see it once it's published, and you read every answer in one place.

  2. Send it only to who needs it

Choose one or more regions, then narrow to specific partners and their stores. Leave a level empty and it covers everyone.

  3. See it exactly as stores will

Preview a campaign as partners will see it before you publish. Switch between desktop and mobile view.

  4. Add many stores at once

Import stores from one Excel (XLSX) or CSV file. Every row is checked first, and duplicate store numbers and similar names are flagged before anything is saved.

  5. Stores see their own progress

Partners get a dashboard with what's still left to do and how their scores trend. Each store gets its own score and a heart for every touchpoint. Your team can add comments, and partners can reply.

  6. Extend a deadline

Extend the end date of a live campaign. Partners get an email with the new date, and a linked questionnaire moves with it.

  7. The heart is the grade (AI opt-in)

Your reviewer gives each touchpoint a heart, and that heart is the score. In AI mode, which you turn on per touchpoint, the AI suggests a heart and your reviewer makes the call.

April to June 2026

Seven features from the April to June 2026 release video, from a note on the store photo to passkey sign-in.

What's new

  1. Draw on the store photo and add a note

The partner sees the marked-up photo in a comment.

  2. Every open correction reminder is in one list

Resolve each one when it's done, and the partner is notified.

  3. Ask once. Every open campaign updates.

Add, edit or remove a question in your question bank and it updates in every draft and active campaign. Completed and archived campaigns stay as they were.

  4. English, Spanish and Chinese

The app speaks English, Spanish and Chinese, and each person picks their own.

  5. Emails in each person's language

Emails go out in each person's language: invitations, comments, and reminders sent daily when 3 days or fewer remain and work is still pending.

  6. Report a bug or ask for a feature

Report a bug or ask for a feature without leaving the app; it goes to our team.

  7. Sign in with a passkey

Sign in with a passkey: fingerprint, face or device PIN.
